Building Gurus is an international recruiting firm that focuses exclusively on recruiting for the building industry. Our unique combination of talents is what has kept us on top of the industry.
We understand the industry’s structure, market channels and segmentations. This knowledge allows us to support both clients and candidates. We are often called upon to assist with writing job descriptions, conduct reference and background checks, create and negotiating offers and to assist with relocations.
Building Gurus’ clients include companies of all sizes leading the areas of windows and doors, millwork, architectural products, building products, flooring and construction. Our searches range from sales representatives to manufacturing roles to mid- and upper-management.
